3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it has not already been shipped.
Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options, depending on availability at checkout.
6. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, if possible, and include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.
We will review the issue and assist with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Our 30-day product guarantee remains available for eligible product defects.
7. What if my package is lost?
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact our support team.
We will help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and assist with an appropriate resolution.
